WHO WE ARE

Detroit Parent Network (DPN) is a network of parents working to build and strengthen each other to ensure every child has a champion. A champion that can advocate for their child’s fair and equal education…A champion that supports their child’s learning at home from cradle to career…A champion that leads their child by example with their own education and career aspirations…And finally a champion, raising another champion, who will raise yet another champion; thereby, breaking a generational cycle of poverty.

Flint Families, We’re Here for You

On August 27, Detroit Parent Network and the Flint Parent Collaborative came together with families, schools, churches, government officials, and community leaders for a powerful Back to School Townhall.

Together, we listened, shared, and built partnerships with one goal:
to assure that ALL our children and
